Black Oak building began welcoming new tenants in 2021. Since then it has became the home to four wonderful companies. 

                We filled the third floor first by welcoming Snider Realty Group in March 2021. Snider Realty Group is a small family owned real estate company that prides themselves in being experts of the local real estate market, both residential and commercial. Their agents are devoted to providing the highest level of service and always finding a solution to meet the needs of their clients just as you would expect from a boutique style office.

Second on the third floor, we welcomed Insurance Centers in April.  Insurance Centers, Inc. is an independent insurance agency offering a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions to protect you from the unexpected. Insurance Centers has grown tremendously since 1958 when two brothers decided to start a business together at the kitchen table in a small town in West Virginia. Today Insurance Centers enjoys 4 locations, employs 30 individuals, licensed in 9 states, including WV, PA, MD, OH, NC, FL, VA, TX, and AZ. And represents over 40 different insurance carriers and services over 11,000 clients.

Third on the third floor we welcomed Hardesty and Associates in July 2021. Hardesty and Associates is a family owned Certified Public Accounting firm. They specialize in all things accounting, ranging from personal finances to the finances of large corporations. They strive to not only meet, but exceed the needs of their clients on a daily basis. 

The remaining space of the third floor is home to large private offices and a shared conference room with a walk out terrace for our third floor tenants.

On the second floor of our Black Oak building, we welcomed Home Savings Bank in September of 2021. Home Savings Bank is home to loan and mortgage experts. They pride themselves in their competitive mortgage rates and low closing costs that will help you save money and get you into your new home. They see themselves as more than bankers; they're your partners, friends, and neighbors.
