Located at the top of The Junction at the intersection of I-43 and Route 857. We have an additional 15 acres next to the Med Express and Black Oak building.  For future development and offer development services on our site, turn-key build to suit, and turn-key purchase builds. Our interest for future builds includes but is not limited to,  Class A office space, restaurants, medical facilities, hotel, retail stores, strip mall, or any other type of space that we deem suitable.
